Facts of the Digital Gujarat Scholarships Online form

  • The scholarship can be availed by logging into the Digital Gujarat portal.
  • The scholarship is applied for the post-matric level for any student.
  • The scholarships will be valid for students who study and live in the state; they can also be valid if they belong to the state and study within India.
  • The state that the scholarship is valid in Gujarat.
  • The digital Gujarat applications 2023 are being currently taken.

Eligibility criteria for Digital Gujarat scholarships 2023

  • The students obtaining 80 percentile in class 10th/ 12th and getting admission in the first year of diploma/degree course respectively can apply.
  • The students obtaining 65 percent in diploma and getting admission in the first/second year of a degree course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 6 Lakh.
2. Scholarships to the Disabled Students, Gujarat
  • The students having a disability percentage of more than 40% can apply.
  • The scholarship is applicable for studies from classes 1st to 12th.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 50,000.
  • The candidate must have scored at least 40% marks in the previous examination passed.
  • Having regular satisfactory attendance in the previous session is mandatory.
3. Post SSC Scholarship for Girls (NTDNT), Gujarat
  • The applicant must be a girl student and studying in class 11th to Ph.D. level.
  • The scholarship is applicable to NTDNT category girl students.
4. Post SSC Scholarships for Boys (NTDNT) Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the NTDNT category and studying in class 11th to Ph.D. level can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.50 Lakh (for urban areas) and INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural areas).
5. Post SSC Scholarship for Boys (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The applicant must be a boy student and studying in class 11th to Ph.D. level.
  • The scholarship is applicable to SEBC category girl students.
6. Post SSC Scholarship for Girls (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The applicant must be a girl student and studying in class 11th to Ph.D. level.
  • The scholarship is applicable to SEBC category girl students.
7. Food bill Assistance to SC Students, Gujarat
  • The SC category students pursuing a medical or engineering program can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.50 Lakh.
8. Food Bill Assistance for Medical/Engineering Students (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The SEBC students who pursuing a Medical and Engineering program in a college-affiliated hostel can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.50 Lakh from all sources.
9. Educational Assistance for NTDNT Students Studying in Self-Financed College, Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the NTDNT category who are studying in a self-financed college can apply.
  • The annual family income should be less than INR 2 Lakh.
10. Higher Secondary Scholarship (Minority), Gujarat
  • The scholarship is applicable to minority community students who are studying in classes 11th and 12th.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.50 Lakh.
11. Fellowship Scheme for M.Phil. and Ph.D. Students (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the SEBC category and pursuing a Ph.D. or M.Phil. the course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 45,760 from all sources.
12. Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for Technical and Professional Courses (NTDNT), Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the NTDNT category and pursuing a professional or technical course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural areas) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for urban areas).
13. Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for Technical and Professional Courses (EBC), Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the EBC category and pursuing a professional or technical course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural areas) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for urban areas).
14. Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for Technical and Professional Courses (Minority), Gujarat
  • Minority community students pursuing a professional or technical course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural areas) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for an urban areas).
15. Instrumental Assistance for Medical, Engineering, Diploma Students (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The SEBC candidates studying in Medical, Engineering, and Diploma courses can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 2.50 Lakh.
16. Higher Education Scheme, Gujarat
  • The students of class 11th, 12th, or college pursuing a course in Engineering, Medical, Arts, Ayurveda, Commerce, Science, Law, Post-graduation, Fine Arts, Pharmacy, etc. can apply.
  • The annual family income should be less than INR 2.5 Lakh.
17. Scholarships to SC Students for ITI/Professional Studies, Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the SC category and pursuing a professional or ITI course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 47,000 (for rural areas) and INR 68,000 (for urban areas).
18. Post Matric Scholarship for SC Girl Students, Gujarat
  • SC category girl students can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 2.50 Lakh.
19. Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Students Post-Matric Scholarship, Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the ST category and studying in class 11th to postgraduation can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.5 Lakh.
  • The students pursuing their studies through correspondence or distance learning can also apply.
  • The student should not be a repeater in the same class more than once.
20. Fellowship Scheme, Gujarat
  • The students belonging to SC/ST/SEBC and other categories who are studying in class 11th to postgraduate level can apply.
  • The minimum percentage of marks scored in class 10th is 70%.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.5 Lakh.
21. Research Scholarship, Gujarat
  • Postgraduate students who are willing to pursue a Ph.D. research program in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Zoology, and Microbiology can apply.
  • The age of the applicant should not be more than 25 years.
  • The student should have passed BSc and MSc programs with second-class grades in relevant subjects.
22. Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for ITI Courses, Gujarat
  • Students pursuing ITI (Technical, Diploma, Industrial, and Professional) courses can apply.
23. Scholarship for the Students of Government Colleges, Gujarat
  • Students studying in the field of arts, science, and commerce at government college can apply.
24. War Concession Scheme, Gujarat
  • Wards of war-martyred jawans who are studying in government or grant-in-aid institutions can apply for this scheme.
25. EBC Fees Exemption Scheme, Gujarat
  • The students who are currently studying at the graduate level can apply.
  • Full scholarships will be given to students who have obtained more than 60% marks in class 12th while half scholarship will be given to students who have obtained less than 60% marks in class 12th.
  • The annual family income should not exceed INR 2.50 Lakh.
  • For renewal, the student should secure a minimum of 50% marks at the graduate level.
26. Instrumental Help to SC Students (Medical, Engineering, Diploma Courses), Gujarat
  • The students of the SC community who are pursuing an Engineering, Medical, or Diploma course can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 44,500 from all sources.
27. Post Matric Scholarship of Government of India for the OBC Students, Gujarat
  • The students of the OBC category studying in class 11th to postgraduation can apply.
  • The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 1 Lakh from all sources.
28. Fellowship Scheme for M.Phil. & Ph.D. (SC) Students, Gujarat
  • The SC category students pursuing M.Phil. or Ph.D. program are eligible for this scholarship.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 2 Lakh from all sources.
29. Post Matric Scholarship for ST Girl Students, Gujarat
  • The scheme is applicable to ST girl students who are pursuing a regular course from a recognized university/institute.
  • The annual family income should not be more than INR 2.50 Lakh.
30. Scholarship for Students Studying at Dr. Ambedkar or Indira Gandhi Open University (SEBC), Gujarat
  • The students belonging to the SEBC category and studying at Dr. Ambedkar or Indira Gandhi Open University can apply.
31. Food Bill Assistance in College Attached Hostels, Gujarat
  • This scheme is applicable to ST community students who are pursuing a regular course in a recognized college.
  • The applicants should have an annual family income of less than INR 2.50 Lakh.
32. Higher Secondary Scholarship (SEBC), Gujarat
  • Students belonging to the SEBC category and studying in class 11th or 12th can apply.
33. Instrumental Assistance for First-year Students of Medical/Engineering/Diploma Courses, Gujarat
  • Students belonging to the ST community and studying in the first year of Engineering, Medical, or Diploma courses can apply.
  • The annual family income should not be more than INR 2.50 Lakh.
  • The scholarship is applicable only for full-time courses from a Government recognized college.
34. Special Scholarship for Boys and Girls Students, Gujarat
  • The students of classes 1st to 10th are eligible to apply.
  • He/she should belong to Valmiki, Hadi, Nadiya, Turi, Seva, Vankar Sadhu, Garo-Garoda, Dalit-Bava, Tirgar/Tirbanda, Turi-Barot, Matang, and Thori communities.
  • He/she should have at least 70% attendance in the school.

Some steps while applying for the scholarship on www.digitalgujarat.gov.in :

  • First of all, You need to visit www.digitalgujarat.gov.in [Link]
  • Now you need to click on the sign-in / log-in button which would be available in the upper right corner of the website.
  • Now you will see the login page, besides this, you will see the red color button for registration, Click on it!
  • Now you will see the registration form in which you will be asked for your Aadhar no, Password, and Date of birth.
  • You will get OTP in your Aadhar registered email id and phone no. Just enter this in the Requested OPT Box.
  • Now You will see the other form of your details like the address and other things, also fill that up.
  • Now You will see your profile, click on Request a new service link and then select a filter as a Scholarships There.
  • you will see the big list of scholarships, click on your category, and then do the further procedure as they ask.
  • After that whenever you want to check the scholarship form again you just need to log in to the Digital Gujarat scholarship website.

Important Documents List to submit the form of Shishyavrutti / Scholarship form:

  • One’s caste certificate is self-attested.
  • The Aadhar card is in a self-attested manner.
  • The first page of the bank passbook or a blank cheque has to be uploaded.
  • The bill that has been given for the current course being pursued by the student.
  • Previous mark sheets have to be presented, and they should be self-attested.
  • If a student took a break from studies, then they have to admit a Break Affidavit.
  • If the student is residing in a hostel, then they would require a hostel certificate.
  • The income certificate of the earning member of the family is issued by a genuine authority. If in Government service then Form no. 16 is mandatory.
  • School leaving certificate should also be there.
  • A Bonafide certificate has to be submitted for the current year in school or college.

Digital Gujarat registration / Login under the label of citizens of Gujarat is mandatory for getting the scholarships. It is a huge initiative, and they have thought of breaking the scholarships into different parts so that almost everyone from a different background can apply for it.

  1. your site was blocked from yesterday and helpline number also not proceed.in my schlorship form some mistakes occured during fill up so form was rejected by my clg .now mistakes was impproved by me but form was not submitted so please give me advice what i can do ??
