- Kisan Parivahan Yojana

The farmers generally transport their goods using huge trucks for which they depend on those who own it. Via this scheme, the farmers can transport their goods without having to spend a fortune solely on transportation.
This scheme can be availed by the farmers once in 5 years. Financial assistance will be provided to the farmers in periods of 2 installments.
- Mukhyamantri Pak Sangrah Structure Yojana
Mukhyamantri Pak Sangrah Structure Yojana is one of the best initiatives under the Gujarat Saat Pagala Kalyana Scheme. This scheme intends to provide INR 30,000 to the farmer so that he could construct a storage facility to store the grains.
The main intention behind this scheme is continuous rains and at times, flooding causes the grains to submerge in water. The financial assistance provided could be used to construct a proper grain storage facility. A lot of reports suggest that more than two-thirds of India’s crops lack proper irrigational facilities.
These schemes are bought out with the motive to increase the level of agricultural output in the country. Agriculture is one of the biggest contributors to the GDP of the country where it stood at 52% in the year 1950 but as the country turned towards industrialization, the contribution of agriculture to the GDP of the country stood at only 13%. India lacks irrigation facilities to a great extent.
Despite having good sources of water all over the country, the provision of not having proper ways to mitigate the supply of water all over the country has led to this drop in percentage. An overall budget of about 3000 crores has been allotted for this ambitious project.
