New Delhi: IBPS Clerk Notification 2019: Notification for IBPS Clerk Recruitment has been released. This notification (IBPS Clerk Notification) has been released on the official website www.ibps.in. Through IBPS Clerk Recruitment, more than 12 thousand posts of clerks will be recruited in various banks of the country. Applications for these posts will start from 17 September. Last date of online application is 9 October 2019. More information regarding recruitment is given below.

How to Apply Online for IBPS Clerk Recruitment / Bharti 2019

To apply online you need to complete Total 6 sections.

In the Basic information section you need to fill up some blanks answering your first and last name, Mobile Number and Email Id.

In Photo & Signature section you need to upload your passport size picture and signature in jpg format.

Then upload your certificates photo and signature.

After that you need to do payment and confirm your application. you can do payment by netbanking, debit card, credit card of challan.

Selection of ibps clerk will be done on this basis

Candidates will be selected on the basis of prelims and mains examination. The pre exam will be held on 7,8,14 and 21 December 2019. Prelims exam admit card will be released in November. The candidates who qualify in the pre exam will have to take the Mains exam. This exam will be conducted on 19 January 2019. Provisional allotment will be done in April 2021 based on the main examination

 

IBPS Clerk Online Form 2019

Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the examination to be held for the clerk posts. This is a golden opportunity for those who want to work in the bank, because the clerk is going to fill more than 12 thousand posts.

Exam Pattern of IBPS Clerk Recruitment  

The IBPS Clerk exam will be conducted in two stages Mostly:

  1. Prelims Examination
  2. Mains Examination

The written examination will be online on computers at the exam centers.

Now let’s talk about Preliminary exam pattern. its phase one and to get to phase two you need to clear this exam with good marks.

1.) IBPS Clerk Preliminary Examination

Online Preliminary examination of IBPS Clerk is going to test candidates numerical ability, reasoning ability and grasp on english language. The Total mark of the question paper is one hundred but we passing marks varies on the basis of difficulty of question paper. The total time provided for each subject/section is twenty minutes. after 20 minutes the section will be changed on the computer screen so you have to make it in time.

Candidates have to achieve highest marks in the prelim examination because we dont know what will be the cut off this year. The cut off mark is equivalent to the the difficulty of question paper and number of students IBPS decides to send ahead for the mains examination.

2.) IBPS Clerk Mains Examination

The IBPS Clerk mains examination is different from prelim examination in score and time wise. In the mains you the total Marks in 200 and total time is 160 minutes. Total question in the exam paper will be 190 and you need to get at-least passing marks to qualify for Clark in IBPS.

And There’s Penalty for Wrong Answers in both prelim and mains exam of ibps:

If you are not aware with negative marking then please note down that theres penalty if you answers wrong.

So as per ibps guide if you answer wrong then 1/4 mark will be deducted from your total score. So if you don’t know the answer of any particular question then don’t just guess because if you leave it unanswered or blank you wont get negative marking.

The final score for the IBPS Clerk exam is calculated keeping the following points in mind:

  • Keep in mind that the marks of IBPS Clerk prelim examination will not be counted as final score but still you need to score high in prelim exam to qualify in the mains.
  • Candidates must qualify Phase-2 to be eligible for final merit.
  • The aggregate score out of 100 is used for the final merit list for each category. Candidates with top merit rank in each category are finally selected.
