Meghalaya Police Physical Measurement Test (PMT) :

Meghalaya Police Physical Test PET & PMT 2019 at megpolice.gov.in 3Candidates should download the Admit Card and fix a passport size photograph on the Admit Card with signature and bring along the admit card at the time of appearing for PMT. Candidates who do not meet the standards of Minimum Height Requirement as prescribed will be rejected and further test events of such rejected candidates will not be conducted.

IMPORTANT information regarding PMT and PET :

Each Candidate will be issued with a lockable Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, to be tied to his/her shoulder. The automated timer equipment based on RFID technology will be geared to record start time, finish time and net time of all runners individually. Those who do not finish the race within the minimum prescribed time will be issued a rejection letter and they will not be allowed to participate in other subsequent recruitment events.

  1. Registration and Authentication of Candidates: After the Physical Measurement Test, candidates with admit cards will be required to register themselves at the PET registration counters at the venue of recruitment, for biometric data such as Candidates’ Finger Prints/Photo graph. The candidates’ biometric profile will be verified before the Physical Efficiency Test. Only candidates successfully verified will be allowed for the Physical Efficiency Test {Race).
  2. AB/UB Group
    5 km race for male and 3 km race for female candidates and Timing Equipment:
    The 5 KM race for male candidates will have to be completed within 24 minutes and the 3 KM race for female candidates will have to be completed within 19 minutes. This is applicable to all UBSI,
  3. SF 10 GROUP
    10 Km race for SF 10 male and 5.5 Km race for SFlO female candidates and
    Timing Equipment:
    10 KM race for SFIO ABSI male candidates will have to be completed within 55 minutes and 5.5 KM race for SFlO ABSI female candidates will have to be completed within 34 minutes10 KM race for SFlO commando male/ Signal Operator male candidates will have to be completed within 50 minutes and 5.5 KM race for SFIO commando female/Signal Operator (female) candidates will have to be completed within 34 minutes.
  4. FOLLOWER GROUP
    5 KM race for male candidates will have to be completed within 24 minutes.
