SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2022: Steel Authority of India Ltd has a notification for the recruitment of management trainees in technical, Finance, HR, and other vacancies. The candidates desirous of taking up a career with SAIL as a Management Trainee (Administration) will be required to appear for an Online Examination. Based on their performance in the Online Examination, the candidates will be short-listed for appearing in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The selection for the post will be based on overall performance in the Online Examination, Group Discussion, and Interview.

Education Qualification

• For Management Trainee (Administration): Degree in any Discipline with 60% marks/CA/CMA/MBA/PG.
• For Management Trainee (Technical): Degree in Engineering with 65% marks, in the Engineering Discipline of Ceramics.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 28 years as on 18-12-2022.
• Candidate not born earlier than 18-12-1994.
• Age Relaxation as per Rules and Regulation.

Emoluments (Salary)

• 50,000/- per month basic salary in the pay scale of 50,000/- to 1,60,00/-
• After one year E1 grade pay scale 60,000/- to 1,80,000/-

• For SC/ST/PWD/ESM/Department Candidates: 200/-

Selection Process

• The Online Examination will be of 200 Marks consisting of two parts, viz. first part of the Domain Knowledge Test (duration of 40 minutes) for 100 marks and the second part of the Aptitude Test (duration of 80 minutes) for a total of 100 marks; consisting of four segments, viz. Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness of 25 marks each.
• To be eligible for GD and Interview, a candidate must qualify in each of the parts, viz. Domain Knowledge Test and Aptitude Test in the respective discipline by scoring a minimum 50 percentile score for UR and EWS posts. For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates, the qualifying marks will be a 40 percentile score.
